School Rules

  • All students should follow the Islamic culture wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is known by its Islamic values.
  • Every student must carry his diary and identity card to school each day.
  • Students who come to school on their own should arrive 10 minutes before the bell rings/assembly timings.
  • The morning bell before a class or assembly is a signal for all to go to the assembly or to their respective class-rooms. This should be done promptly with silence.
  • Changing of classrooms between periods should be done with full discipline.
  • Students should be habitually clean and always dressed neatly. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions. Students who are slovenly dressed or not in uniform will be sent back home.
  •  There should be a care concern for the school property. No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls. Damage done should be reported once to the class teacher. Recovery for any damage will be made from the concerned students.
  • Students are advised to keep their class room, building and campus  clean  and make use of dustbins.
  • No books (other than text books or library books), magazine or papers should be brought to the school.
  • Lending or borrowing money or other articles are prohibited.
  • The school is not responsible for the goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuables articles (like expensive watches, fountain-pens, items of jewellery) to school.
  • Mobile phones are not allowed in the school premises.
  • Students are not allowed to carry gadgets (Mobile phones, I-pod, tablets etc) during school picnic or educational trips.
  • The school reserves the right to suspend students for any indisciplinary act/attitude. No attendance would be given to a student during the period of suspension.
  • Parents and guardians of all students should contact the teachers on the PTM days to note the progress of their wards.
  • Parents and guardians must not visit their wards or teachers without prior permission of the Principal / Headmistress.        
  •  The name, class and section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all the belongings of the students. Water bottles, blazers and jerseys should also bear the name of the student.
  • Latecomers and uniform defaulters will be punished.
  • A student uses unfair means during test will be given zero in the subject and a warning letter. Repetition of the same will result in dismissal.
  • Students are not allowed to use the school telephone without the permission of the receptionist. They will not be called to answer phone calls during class hours.
  • Students using the school bus will maintain discipline in the bus. Bus facilities will be withdrawn in case where discipline is not properly maintained.
  • A sick child should not be sent to school. In case of an emergency, when the school doctor instructs so, the parents will be requested to take the child back.
  • Students are not allowed to go to a relatives/friend’s house from school.
  • No birthday gifts in any form are allowed. Distribution of any gifts/sweets in the school is prohibited.
  • The school provides all the necessary equipment for sports activity during the games period. Students are not allowed to bring their own balls, bats etc. to school.
  • In case of any urgency of meeting class/subject teacher parent is required to send a note in his ward’s diary to the concerned teacher to specify a suitable time and date. Parents will never be allowed to meet a teacher during  teaching hours, in case of emergency parents are required to contact the Headmistress.
  • In case child is absent for more than two days due to illness a leave application must be sent to the teacher.
  • Student should greet the teachers whenever and wherever they meet. Bulling and use of foul language are punishable offences.
  • It is expected from the students that the juniors be treated with love and affection, while the juniors show all respect to their seniors.
  • Canteen facility is available only in break time or after the school is over. If there is an emergency, children can avail of this facility with the concerned teacher’s permission slip.
  • Students are instructed to carry their/text exercise books according to the Timetable for that day. No extra books are allowed.
  • School rules can be change without prior notice or reason.
